Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tearsofgodbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at tearsofgodbusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
