Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Free on orders over $50. $5.99 flat rate on orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99 flat rate.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at tearsofgodbusiness@gmail.com — we will try our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
My Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us at tearsofgodbusiness@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tearsofgodbusiness@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
